Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Brewery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our brewery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to create a positive environment for both staff and customers. The Brewery Manager will ensure that all aspects of the brewery run smoothly.

Duties

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

Manage staff training and development, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Implement inventory control measures to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.

Supervise food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

Handle cash management and POS systems, including Toast POS.

Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.

Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure timely food production and service.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.

Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new staff members as needed.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the brewery environment.

Schedule and organize events calendar.

Skills

Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management.

Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and shift management.

Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.

Familiarity with inventory control processes and budgeting in the food industry.

Experience with fine dining, casual dining, or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred.

Culinary experience or kitchen management background is a plus.

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Ability to train staff effectively in various roles including barista experience, serving, and catering.

Must be able to lift a keg.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $47,731.61 - $57,483.22 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
