Job Title: ReceptionistJob DescriptionThe Receptionist is responsible for the proper routing of all internal and incoming telephone traffic and greeting visitors. Accounting duties include processing and posting credit card payments, electronic invoicing via customer websites, and faxing and emailing customer invoices and credit card receipts.Responsibilities

Answer and route all internal and incoming telephone traffic using a multi-line attendant console.

Process electronic credit card payments according to policy, post payments in internal software system on customer accounts, and send information to customers.

Sort invoices for proper distribution to departments and customers, and fax and email invoices and statements as required.

Process electronic invoicing to customers using various customer web-based programs.

Track and maintain the whereabouts of key personnel.

Exercise good judgment with regard to confidential or sensitive matters.

Interact in a positive manner with internal and external customers.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

1-3 years of receptionist or front desk experience.

Invoice processing knowledge.

High level of professionalism.

Customer service skills.

Microsoft Office Suite

Work EnvironmentThe position is 100% onsite, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break. The work environment includes a team of six individuals.
