Our work depends on Program Analyst Associate joining our project management organization to assist with the financial management, schedule monitoring, and deliverable tracking for a portfolio of task orders under a large IDIQ contract.HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of assigned program(s)

Monitors and control costs, tracks consultant and other vendor payments

Performs analyses, prepares reports and deliverables to meet customer specifications

Coordinates with the project manager and management team to ensure adherence to program schedule and cost

Collaborates with a diverse team of administrative, scientific and technical staff

Leverages corporate financial and procurement systems and software such as Oracle and MarkView to support of financial management and tracking of assigned program(s)

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience

Required Experience: 2+ years of related experience

Required Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel and SharePoint

Security Clearance Level: Ability to obtain favorable public trust

Required Skills and Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and self-directed to achieve stated objectives; strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Skills: Experience with financial tracking and control; accounting

Location: Hybrid

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $21.97 - $26.45. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
