Join our team and be a part of our Mission to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer!Summary:You will contribute to the development and implementation of the Practical Process Improvement (PPI) program at the site level. You will build on the strengths of company programs, while leading initiatives to discover opportunities for improvement.
Insightfully cultivate an action-biased culture of continuous improvement to improve critical metrics, in the areas of safety, customer, finance, people and quality.
Facilitates cross-functional teams to improve current processes onsite and communicates results/expectations
Monitors and reports key performance indicators, performs root cause analysis, implements action plans, and strives for continuous improvement
Processes data, creates presentations, and records results using Microsoft office programs
Work with the expanded team to develop/promote/standardize the PPI Business System further
Proactively collaborate with internal customers and peers to drive continuous improvement initiatives, using Lean and Six Sigma principles
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Industrial Engineering or related field is preferred.
Experience
Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and/or current Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is a plus.
Exposure to Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
Exposure to continuous improvement or cost savings engineering practices is a plus, can be acquired through coursework and/or internships
