Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled designer with experience in 3D modeling to join our design team. The ideal candidate must be motivated to grow in the company, where we thrive on teamwork, collaboration, and innovative ideas.
Responsibilities: As an Associate Designer, your role will include all or some of the following:
Participate in feasibility site visits with a Remodeling Consultant to learn client’s goals and document exiting conditions.
Collaborate with senior designers to create visually compelling designs that align with client goals and brand guidelines.
Produce conceptual renderings for presentations purposes.
Present designs to clients with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly.
Monitor design projects and maintain contact with clients throughout the design process.
Create code compliant construction documents for permit submission.
Necessary Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in architecture, engineering, or construction.
Experience using Chief Architect, Home Designer, Revit or other 3D modeling software.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
High level of attention to detail as well as strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Well-developed communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Work collaboratively and positively in a team environment.
