We are looking for (02) committed and well-organized Bilingual Administrative Assistants to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming calls while offering clients and guests first-rate service.

- Handle various forms of communication such as phone calls, emails, and letters.

- Provide accurate and timely information to current and potential clients about our programs.

- Maintain up-to-date filing systems and organizational processes.

- Update and maintain office documents and paperwork.

- Operate and maintain office equipment as needed, including printers, copiers, and scanners.

- Respond to emails and other written communications clearly and concisely.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dynamic personality.

- Microsoft Excel proficiency is required.

- Experience in an administrative role, ideally in a customer service environment.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Monday thru Friday (9:00 am - 5:00 pm)
