Catoctin Breeze Vineyard located in Thurmont, Maryland, (Frederick County) is seeking enthusiastic, friendly, customer-focused, reliable, and hard-working individuals to work in their tasting room part time.
The candidate must have a passion for wine and enthusiasm for learning about wine and the Catoctin Breeze story.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: greeting customers within the first 5 seconds they walk into the building, conducting wine tastings and sharing your knowledge (and passion) for the wines and how they are produced, promoting and speaking on behalf of our wine club program, heavy lifting, opening and closing cleaning tasks, stocking wine at the bar, and running the cash register. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be a fast learner.
Catoctin Breeze Vineyard is a boutique, family-owned winery committed to producing quality wines where terroir and passion is reflected in each bottle. Our mission is to produce the best, terroir-driven wines in Maryland and to provide all our guests with exceptional hospitality.
Pay is $12/hour plus shared tips.
Availability must include weekends: (Fridays 12-6pm), Saturdays (10:30-6pm), and Sundays (10:30-5pm) with the opportunity to work some weekday events and after-hours events.
