Job DescriptionBAE Systems is seeking a Training Specialist to support the Department of Defense (DoD) Joint Common Access Platform (JCAP). The successful candidate will serve at the Fort Meade Maryland site. This position is contingent upon award.Designs, schedules, delivers and tracks technical training. Establishes training and education modules and ensures consistency in the delivery of technical training and on-boarding. Provides train-the-trainer program and qualifies all area trainers for content delivery. Partners with the functional area, develops training materials, and knowledge assessments, for area standard operation procedures (SOP) and coordinates knowledge assessment.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
8 Years with HS; 4 Years with AA; 5 Year with BS 2 with MS
Candidates with Armed Forces, college courses or associate degree, extensive certification, and additional experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $112420 - $191070Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
