Our work depends on a Logistics Analyst Senior joining our team and utilizing their experience in supporting supply chain and logistics requirements to help ensure our Client’s medical products are ready for deployment following DoD requirements and able to meet the acquisition timeline to make is way to the Warfighter.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Work with the Product Managers to develop logistics documentation.

Develop, coordinate, maintain, and update supportability documents, such as Lifecycle Sustainment Plans.

Provide coordination for the maintenance and sustainment support to the DoD users, manufacturer, and the Services logistic points of contact.

Prepare and update required management and acquisition documentation for programmatic briefings and reviews

Conduct IPS element evaluations on supported tech base and product development efforts, to include production and transition to sustainment, of medical and non-medical products in the USAMMDA portfolio to ensure products will be sustainable once fielded.

Support essential logistics functions and ensure supply chain continuity.

Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programs and logistics databases to provide up-to-date metrics for deployable Army assets.

Identify the equipment technical parameters, describing functionality including illustrations, photos, diagrams, etc. for the equipment and associated components as appropriate for applicable agency publications (handbooks, startup and resupply lists, equipment sustainment plans, supply bulletins, presentations, brochures, etc.)

Identify and capture discrepancies between Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and agency publications and provide to engineers and other SMEs for guidance on corrective actions. Review for accuracy and clarity existing equipment items NSNs, photos, diagrams, illustrations for equipment, consumables, accessories, parts and other descriptive and catalog data.

Participate in various discussions involving new or replacement medical equipment to ensure proper parallel planning and sharing of information for timely development, review, and publication of medical equipment configuration and unit assemblage and SKO documents.

Provide logistics support throughout the Combat Support Hospital to Hospital Center Force Design Update (FDU).

Develop and document essential characteristics criteria for full-scale medical device modernization projects.

Participate in special projects as required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education : Bachelor’s degree in related logistics/procurement function or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

Required Experience : 5+ years of related experience

Required Technical Skills : Understanding of logistics management.

Security Clearance Level : NA – T1 Public Trust

Required Skills and Abilities : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, to include MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word.

Location : Hybrid (3 days telework)
