Ability to analyze personnel and payroll information and take appropriate action
Ability to function as a team member
Excellent organizational/time management skills, attention to detail and follow through to any outstanding issues
Adheres to all Maxim and worksite rules, policies and procedures.
May perform other duties as required, assigned or deemed necessary by the facility/client/supervisor.
Provides guidance to CSR’s and Caregivers in reference to comprehensive W-2 and W-2C issues and process
