Job Description
Due to the nature of the work it is typical to be working both inside and outside in the elements in all seasons. Typical working hours are M-F from 7am-5pm. Payrate starts at $16.79 per hour, approx. $860 per week.- Safely Operate forklift
- Physically inspect product and build sample orders by hand.
- Continually monitor and verify all aspects of product quality.
- Follow established guidelines on policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Communicate any product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions with yard coordinator
- Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Work in collaboration with other forklift drivers, truck drivers and other employees in order to achieve performance goals.
Qualifications
- Have the knowledge, skill, and ability to operate a forklift
- General Computer Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Manual dexterity
- Time Management Skills
