This position will be a hybrid work arrangement with two days (M/F) optional to work from home/remote and three days (T/W/Th) in office/onsite at our NA headquarters in Edgewood, MD.As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent aligned with our business objectives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, fostering a high-performing team and serving as a key partner to leadership on all talent-related matters.Responsibilities:Job duties to include but are not limited to;Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the overall business strategy and forecast future talent needs.Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Partners (if applicable), fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Partner with senior leadership to understand their strategic talent requirements and provide expert guidance on market trends, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition best practices.Design and implement innovative sourcing and recruitment methodologies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates across all levels.Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a positive candidate experience.Manage and optimize relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and technology vendors.Drive the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.Analyze key recruitment metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in our talent acquisition processes.Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.Manage the talent acquisition budget effectively.Champion the use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant technologies to streamline processes and ensure data integrity.Undertake other duties as required to support the strategic goals of the Talent AcquisitionStay up to date on industry trends keeping abreast of new recruitment technologies and strategies. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that the right candidates are hired.
