Essential functions—essential functions, including how an individual is to perform them and the frequency with which the tasks are performed; the tasks must be part of the job function and truly necessary or required to perform the job. Job duties to include but are not limited to;Review of customer contracts, Statements of Work, Purchase Order Quality Clauses, drawings and specificationsReview and approval of quality requirements for Manufacturing Planning and Supplier Purchase OrdersParticipate in QMS process managementDrive improvementAnalyze data to develop metrics and trendsAssist with establishing Root Cause of failures and defectsAssist with completion of customer issued Corrective Action as well as issuance and follow up of Internal CAR’s.Use of technical drawings, specifications, manufacturing work instructions, inspection procedures, and configuration control of documentsExperience with Configuration Control Board (CCB), review of ECNs, drawings, source control specifications, test plans & reports  Good working knowledge and experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)  Experience with managing and performing audits, processes and practices associated with ISO 9001 Quality Management SystemsInvestigation of non-conformances and continuous improvement techniques; e.g., RCCA, 8D, 5-Why, PFMEAEffectively lead and manage the day-to-day performance and tasking of people by being a role model to others, monitoring progress on objectives and behaviors and coaching others for successMaking decisions independently related to quality issuesPerform other related duties as assigned
