Day Shift LEAD Folder Operator
If you are proficient with paper folders (MBO, Stahl, Palamides Banders), WE WANT TO TALK WITH YOU! Due to retirement, Tidewater has a rare day shift lead folder operator position available. This is a working management position that will utilize your setup skills to run high volume letters, brochures, and more. The right candidate has the following skillsets:
Proficient with MBO and Stahl Folders (up 6 plates, plus right angles and 3rd sections)
Has a contagious, positive attitude and leads by example
Basic computer literacy and math competence
Experience with Palamides Banders a plus
This position reports directly to the general manager. Tidewater has a great reputation for on-time delivery and quality. The right candidate will earn $30+ per hour and will be enrolled in our company’s benefits that include healthcare (we pay 90% of our employee’s healthcare), vacation, dental, 401k, vacation pay and more.
