Rapidly growing vacation rental company specializing in weekly (and 3+ day) rentals is in immediate need of a full-time, year round property manager. You must meet ALL of the following criteria: 1. Be close to and able to work in Ocean City 5-6 days per week in season. For the months of November - January you will have the ability to possibly work from home a few days per week. 2. Be reliable and have reliable transportation 3. Be available Saturdays and preferrably Sundays during summer months from 9 am - 6 pm., 4. Be physically able to walk up 4 flights of stairs if necessary, 5. Be somewhat computer savvy. That's not asking for a lot, huh? :-) If you happen to be familair with Barefoot Technologies software platform that's an added bonus. What is the exact job description? The short answer is everything. It ranges from inputting new properties in our system and intergrating to third party sites such as Airbnb, etc., doing property inspections, helping process reservations, dealing with guest emergenies, etc. This job will be in the office but there will also be a lot of running around OC checking on properties in season so you won't be stuck in the office all day. This can be a very buy and faced paced job but it can also be very fun and rewarding. We really prefer someone with experience in this line of work but of course are willing to train the right person if you're a fast learner. Salary to commensurate with experience but it will be in the $43,000 per year range to start with a potential increase in 60 days. There will also be opportunities for bonues.
