I am looking for handy man and someone to do labor work on weekdays or weekends, days or evenings in Delmar, Delaware. You can set your own hours for the most part as long as they are agreed on in advance.
Pays $20/ hour cash to start. If using your vehicle for anything related (material pick up and so forth) you will be compensated as well. If you prove to have a strong work ethic, pay attention to detail and get things done In a timely manner i will definitely increase the houy rate i have just had a run of bad luck with people not showing up and not completing things.
- I have lots to be done on 3 large on going projects. Most is done in the A/C.
- i have the tools
-transportation required (if you have a truck thats a plus)
-weed wacking and spraying weed killer
-cleaning
-junk removal and dump runs
-power washing
-Sanding
-caulking
-window trim
-painting with a sprayer
-framing
-light carpentry, framing, cabinets, ect
- cutting corrugated metal
-electric- running some switches and wiring and adding a few breakers
Plumbing- running for a couple sinks and a washing machine
And much much more.
