Tidewater Direct is seeking a Digital Press Operator for their Centreville, Maryland location!
Job Type: Full-Time Position - at least 40 hours and overtime as needed!
Shift: Afternoon - Evening Shift

We are seeking a skilled Digital Press Operator to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for print production, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, WE WANT TO TALK TO YOU!
Key Responsibilities:
Operate digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. We operate 2 roll to roll Screen
Digital presses (Screen HD / Screen NX).
Perform regular maintenance on digital presses to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues in a timely manner.
Monitor the production process to meet client specifications and deadlines.
Collaborate with the production team to maintain workflow efficiency.
Perform quality checks to ensure materials meet standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience operating digital presses is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret job orders and technical specifications.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Basic computer skills and experience with print management software (preferred).
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Willingness to train on morning-day shift with a seasoned digital press operator for the first few months.
