Our client company in Salisbury, MD is seeking an Employment Process Administrator. This position is located in the HR department of a transportation company. Experience is required. Job description below:
1. Provides administrative assistance to management to include driver attendance tracking, driver change forms, updating Driver Handbook/Manual, payroll auditing, coordinating Vo/Tech recruitment activities etc.
2. Ensures all recruitment/hiring processes in the Company Hiring Manual are implemented and followed including DOT regulations for Drivers. Coordinates with the Safety group to review applicants for DOT purposes and assists with coordinating staffing activities.
3. Ensures all new hire paperwork requirements are consistently met. Follows established retention policies and performs audits to ensure data integrity reporting audit results to management.
4. Administers the Employment Verification Process including the SAF’s for Drivers
5. Utilize all HR reporting tools, i.e., manpower, headcount and required reports, to perform audits and analysis and reports results to management.
6. Recommends new methods to improve the effectiveness of Company processes to HR management
