Community Healthcare is a Home Health Care Agency that is looking for a reliable and dedicated RN in our Bishopville area to assist with Face-to-Face Assessments and Plan of Care's. Assessments are due every 4-months and Plan of Care's are due once a year. These Assessments are for new clients and also, current clients. We are willing to pay $175.00 per Client Assessment w/Plan of Care, and $135.00 for Client Assessment ONLY without Plan of Care. The ideal candidate is a registered nurse whose license is current, CPR, updated Tb Test within the last (2) year's and able to pass background check. We are looking to hire IMMEDIATELY
