Sassafras, a small fine dining, supper club style restaurant, is seeking a line-cook/kitchen apprentice. This is a perfect job for recent culinary school graduates or those with some kitchen experience who want to further their knowledge and cooking careers OR individuals who feel a deep connection with the Chesapeake Bay area and wish to immerse themselves in its natural bounty. We source all of our ingredients from the local watershed, forests, and farms.
Sassafras is open 4 nights each week and serves a prix-fixe menu of 12 courses that changes with the season.
