We are seeking residents of the City of Baltimore and the counties of Allegany, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Caroline, Carroll, Cecil, Dorchester, Frederick, Garrett, Harford, Howard, Kent, Queen Anne’s, Somerset, Talbot, Washington, Wicomico, and Worcester to serve as Jurors for a mock trial to be held on April 30, 2024.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE? Adult residents of the City of Baltimore and the counties of Allegany, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Caroline, Carroll, Cecil, Dorchester, Frederick, Garrett, Harford, Howard, Kent, Queen Anne’s, Somerset, Talbot, Washington, Wicomico, and Worcester, Maryland, ages 18-70.
Date of Mock Trial: April 30, 2024
Hours are from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (with 1 hour lunch break)
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST BE a U.S. Citizen
MUST BE an Allegany, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Caroline, Carroll, Cecil, Dorchester, Frederick, Garrett, Harford, Howard, Kent, Queen Anne’s, Somerset, Talbot, Washington, Wicomico, or Worcester County for minimum 1 year
MUST BE 18 years of age or older
MUST HAVE a valid Maryland driver’s license or Maryland State I.D. showing an Allegany, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Caroline, Carroll, Cecil, Dorchester, Frederick, Garrett, Harford, Howard, Kent, Queen Anne’s, Somerset, Talbot, Washington, Wicomico, or Worcester County address.
MUST SPEAK, READ & WRITE ENGLISH FLUENTLY
MUST HAVE a minimum High School Diploma, persons with college degrees are encouraged to participate
