Description:Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of federal construction projects. Review scope of work, engage subcontractors and coordinate site visits in order for subcontractors to bid the work. Estimating and bidding task order contracts and IDIQs. Project Scheduling, including subcontractor managementSkills:GSA, USACE, project manager, navfac, interior, construction, government, federal, bidding, estimating, USACE, OSHA, EM385, Rfi, Construction managemeAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 5-10 years construction management experience, preferably on federal government projects.Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferredA mature professional with excellent organizational and communication skillsConstruction field experience and project management skillsBenefits:
