You will be instrumental in translating complex data into actionable insights, fostering deep client relationships, and ensuring Blend360 remains at the forefront of data-driven decision-making.What You'll Do:Strategic Leadership & Practice Growth:Define and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Business Intelligence practice, identifying market opportunities and developing innovative offerings to drive significant growth.Partner with senior leadership to align BI strategies with overall business objectives and identify new data-driven opportunities and challenges.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Business Intelligence, incorporating them into our solutions and offerings.Client Engagement & Partnership:Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and key stakeholders, understanding their business goals and translating them into impactful BI solutions.Lead high-stakes client engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes.Present complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations to diverse client audiences with clarity and conviction.Team Building & Management:Build, lead, mentor, and inspire a world-class team of BI Engineers, Data/Reporting Analysts, and Solution Strategists.Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the BI practice, empowering team members to grow and thrive.Develop talent, implement best practices, and optimize team structures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of BI solutions.Solution Development & Delivery Oversight:Oversee the end-to-end development and implementation of robust Business Intelligence solutions, including data warehousing, ETL processes, data modeling, and advanced data visualization.Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with data governance standards across all BI initiatives.Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Science, Data Engineering, and other practice areas to deliver integrated and holistic client solutions.
