- 7+ years of Salesforce experience, 3+ years of Solution Architect experience
- Experience working in the consulting space, preferably for another Salesforce Partner
- Act as the team's technical lead and guide customers through complex Salesforce Implementations
- Manage discovery & consulting sessions with customers to analyze our clients' business problems and ideal state; participate in the design of new user-focused solutions, define business requirements, write user stories, and document functional designs that span multiple platforms and may include integration and authentication across
- Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, support mechanisms, procedures, and limitations is required. Knowledge of and experience with agile development practices, prioritization, and sprint planning is required.
- Experience with all key areas of Salesforce enterprise architecture including integration technologies, and master data management is required
- Experience in the Financial Service and/or non-profit space is a plus
