THIS IS A MID LEVEL, 6-MONTH CONTRACT ROLE. Extension and/or conversion to a permanent employee is possible for top performers.  This role only requires 2-4 years of experience, so please keep that in mind when considering whether to apply! We’re looking for a mid-level Project Manager who can bring structure, momentum, and clarity to complex analytics engagements—especially those involving Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and advanced measurement. You’ll partner closely with data scientists, analysts, product owners, and client stakeholders to keep projects on track, remove roadblocks, and ensure high-quality delivery at speed. This role is ideal for someone who understands the realities of analytics execution, is fluent in Agile delivery, and knows how to make tools like Jira work for the team rather than the other way around. What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day project management for marketing analytics and MMM initiatives, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and expectations stay tightly aligned. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros, backlog grooming) to keep cross-functional teams focused and productive. Translate complex analytics workstreams into clear, actionable project plans using Jira, dashboards, and reporting. Partner with client stakeholders to set priorities, manage timelines, and navigate shifting requirements with confidence and clarity. Drive communication across technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on scope, risks, and dependencies. Monitor capacity, sprint velocity, and resource allocation to proactively identify bottlenecks and optimize workflow. Uphold Blend360’s quality-first mindset—ensuring outputs meet our standards before they reach the client.
