Job Description:As a Vulnerability Engineer, you will participate in a program providing challenging cyber projects which contribute to national priority missions related to multiple technologies. The program executes tasks which focus smaller teams on specific challenges, while providing a large team for project support and surge requirements. Selected applicants will find challenging work that grows their careers and opportunities to broaden their skills into emerging technologies.Primary Responsibilities:Performs a variety of routine project tasks applied to specialized technology problems. Tasks involve integration of electronic processes or methodologies to resolve total system problems, or technology problems as they relate to Information Assurance requirements. Conducts security assessments and security consulting services. Analyzes information security requirements.Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Information assurance from an accredited college or university and eight (8) to twelve (12) years of experience as an engineer on programs and/or contracts with the Federal Government
- Experience in identifying, researching, characterizing, and documenting security weaknesses related to operating systems, software applications, firmware, network hardware components, as well as network architecture design and documented policies and procedures.
- Experience developing and documenting system security requirements and conducting requirements gap analysis.
