- Daily download, test, and installation of virus definition files. Daily monitoring to ensure anti-viranti-malware protection is maintained. Coordinate scanning file/folder exclusions with other application owners. Resolve incidents related to anti-viranti-malware. Coordinate with the Tier I & II support teams to reconcile computers with compliance issues or for assistance with temporary workarounds. Plan and carry out projects for routine application or hardware upgrades. Upon request, provide compliance reports from the ePO or other anti-virus console to management and customers. Coordinate with other IT Services Divisions, as necessary. Review and respond to SNOW ticketing system incidents related to anti-viranti-malware. Download, test, and install application patches. Monitor the anti-virus vendor support notification service (SNS) for critical information,i.e., alerts, notices, patches, and upgrades. Minimum Qualifications
- Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings. Exercises a limited degree of latitude in determining technical objectives of assignments. Strong attention to detail. Must be able to balance multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems and Servers Preferred experience with Virtualized Cloud Architecture AWS and Azure Preferred experience with Working technical knowledge of EnCase, FireEye, McAfee, Infoblox, Nessus, NetIQ, Secure Auth, Solarwinds, SSL Cert, Tenable, WebInspect and, Xacta
