Join an exciting opportunity to bring modern software to the Navy’s warfighters.  We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between mission/business needs and technical execution, working closely with program management, technical leadership, team members, and engineering, design, and mission/business stakeholders to define and manage product vision, strategy, and roadmap. They will effectively communicate, translate, and execute that vision and roadmap, leading to high quality products and services that meet customer needs. They will work with program leadership, product managers, team leads, software architects, and program technical leadership to help teams manage workloads, risks, and remove blockers. Key Responsibilities:Experience leading and managing cross-functional programs, products, and teams.Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer needs and mission/business goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (engineering, design, leadership) to deliver high-quality products on time. Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, translating them into clear user stories and technical specifications. Work closely with the product team to ensure specific needs translate into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items, ensuring user requirements are effectively captured, tracked, prioritized and actioned.  Prioritize requirements based on their strategic value, business impact, and client priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and SMEs, to ensure successful product development and delivery. Partner with other teams to help them execute on important strategic initiatives and drive operational scale and efficiency at the Portfolio level. Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions. Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and mission/business stakeholders. Lead and ensure collaboration processes are functioning effectively for cross-functional team engagement among developers/engineers, designers, and SMEs to ensure team adaptation and ongoing learning as well as successful product delivery. Ensure alignment between product development and organizational objectives. Drive data-driven prioritization for product tasking. Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement. Presenting topics and status updates to executive stakeholders. Establish and maintain strong communications and working relationships with different stakeholders involved in product development and delivery, including key program leads or mission/business unit leads and support functions (e.g., Acquisitions, Release Managers, Program Management, Technical Leadership). Define and maintain product roadmap(s) to achieve desired future-state, collaborating with product team members and program staff and stakeholders to account for desirability (CX/UX), feasibility (technical components and sustainability), and viability (operations) factors for the product/service. Define, analyze, and report product metrics to measure success and inform strategy. Continuously examine, experiment, and implement measured improvements to the operational model and processes (e.g. automating tasks, improving workflows, developing repeatable methodologies); ensure changes emerging from project/program retrospectives are actioned and supporting continuous improvement.   Build and communicate bi-weekly program efficacy and efficiency metrics to leadership and partnering organizations.
