Our client, a technology company that is a leading provider of cloud-based solutions for healthcare, is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team. As an Office Administrator, you will be supporting the corporate headquarters office. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Office Administrator IILocation: Bowie, MD 20716Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00 per hourWhat’s the Job?

Serve as a highly poised, professional, and courteous contact point for persons communicating with the company and those visiting the company’s office (coordinate and satisfy visitors needs during their stay), demonstrate effective communication (verbal, written, and listening), and provide receptionist, mailroom, and general administrative support.

Maintain efficient filing (electronic and paper), ensuring all materials are organized and readily accessible in a timely manner; Manage mail operations including shipping, receiving, sorting, and distribution of packages.

Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, discretion, ethical conduct, and professionalism regarding company and client information, adhering to HIPPA requirements and company policies.

Collaborate effectively with the team as well as internal and external stakeholders, ensuring coordination of support functions, while providing general support to management and department personnel; Assisting with special projects as needed.

Adhere to separation of duties within your role and be aware that the job description is subject to occasional revisions in line with evolving business needs, with advance notice provided as necessary.

What’s Needed?

Minimum 1-3 years of related experience required; Experience in Customer Service.

High School diploma or GED or equivalent in Office or Business Administration related field or an equivalent combination of education.

Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and adapt in a dynamic environment, pay attention to detail, and demonstrate proactive problem-solving.

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, and Email; Bi-lingual (Spanish) is plus, but not required.

Ability to perform physical demands such as sedentary work (i.e., sitting for long periods of time), exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force, and frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects in repetitive motions.
