Position Summary: CoreSphere is hiring a Salesforce UI/UX Developer to support our state client in a Health and Human Services (HHS) project. Our client is currently licensed for the use of the Salesforce Platform. Within this licensing there are several communities that have pre-built resources that allow for the rapid development of services available to the Division using a low code, no code maxim. This rapid development will allow the division to provide multiple solutions at no additional licensing cost to individual business units. The UI/UX Developer will design, document, and review detailed design specifications, system specifications, and program specific requirements to create UX/UI design solutions that balance platform capabilities and design solutions to keep with low code/ no code approach. This position is 100% remote. Responsibilities:

Leverage Salesforce Public Sector foundation (Formerly Vlocity) configuration and/orcustomization to build and deliver Salesforce UX/UI design solutions that meet business requirements.

Create UX/UI interfaces with varying complexity leveraging the Salesforce Public Sector (Vlocity) platform that interface with desktop and mobile platforms.

Createintegrations using Salesforce APIs to integrate with othersystems used in the State, including legacy systems.

Manageorganization-widedefaults,configuringpermissionsets,establishingrolehierarchies, writing workflow rules.

AdheretoindustrystandardpracticeforADAaccessbyutilizingKnowledgeofWCAGAA standards.

Present,communicate,anddocumentdesignworktointernalteamsandkeystakeholders.

Designwireframes,prototypes,userflows,interactionprototypes,userpersonas,storyboards, customer journeys, site maps, and other design specification material.

Designcustomuserinterfacesforspecificbusinessneeds,includingcustomcomponentsand lightning web components.

Designuserinterfacesthatareresponsiveandworkwellonmultipledevices,including desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

Manageavarietyofviewpointstobuildconsensusandcreatepositiveoutcomesforallparties through design and experience within design.

Collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders to ensure that the user interface design isimplemented correctly and meets business requirements and state User Experience guidelines.

Performbasicplatformconfiguration(objects,fields,pagelayouts,etc.),creatingreportsand dashboards, and data management.

CollaboratewithSalesforceDevelopment Teamandtest newly deployedfunctionalityand

updates to existing applications, objects, and code.

Skillsand Technologies:

5yearsofexperience and expertisewithWCAG AA standards.

5yearsofexperienceimplementingwireframesanddesignsolutionswithAdobePhotoshopand InDesign.

4 years of experience with front-end web development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

4yearsofexperiencewithAPEX,SOQL,CreatingWorkflows,SDLC,Agile SCRUM.

Strong foundation in the underlying Salesforce Public Sector data model and keeping with a ‘Salesforce Public Sector First’ approach in mind.

2-3yearsofexperiencewithdesigning with Salesforce declarative development tools, including Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).

ExpertiseinsettingupenvironmentsforSalesforcepublicsector solutions.

Preferredexperience:

Copado,Omnistudio/Vlocity.

SalesforceUserExperienceDesignerCertification.
