This strategic priority is reshaping our operations and business processes to better serve our customers in terms of cost, quality, and capabilities, while delivering the speed, agility, and insights necessary to stay ahead of rapidly-evolving threats.As a Test Lead for the Talent Acquisition Transformation project on the 1LMX team, you’ll play a crucial role in transforming our end-to-end business processes and systems, creating a model-based enterprise with a fully integrated digital thread throughout the product lifecycle.Our HR organization is replacing its current Applicant Tracking System with SAP Recruiting and Eightfold. This position will be responsible for the configuration of the SF (Success Factors) Recruiting module and the Eightfold Talent Acquisition Module.In this position, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of the test plan, development of test scenarios and test documentation, and creation of the Test Readiness Review (TRR) artifacts. You will conduct the TRR, and identify, report and track software defects and issues in Zephyr. You will also perform functional, performance, security and regression testing of software products. You will have responsibility for the creation of test schedule and oversight of testing and testers, as well as review of test results and test discrepancies. You must work as part of an Agile team. This role works a 4x10 schedule (every Friday off) and is scoped as full time telecommute (Remote), although alignment to a major Lockheed Martin facility is preferred Basic Qualifications:Significant experience with:- Test Planning, writing Test Cases, quality assurance in a Saas / Cloud environment- Strong Knowledge of Confluence, MS Teams, MS Office suite, Jira, Zephyr- Excellent communication skills, good problem-solving skills- Team leadership- US Citizenship is required for this roleDesired Skills:- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management, SuccessFactors Recruiting MarketingClearance Level: NoneOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $115,500 - $217,500. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
