This strategic priority is reshaping our operations and business processes to better serve our customers in terms of cost, quality, and capabilities, while delivering the speed, agility, and insights necessary to stay ahead of rapidly-evolving threats.As a Test Lead for the Talent Acquisition Transformation project on the 1LMX team, you’ll play a crucial role in transforming our end-to-end business processes and systems, creating a model-based enterprise with a fully integrated digital thread throughout the product lifecycle.Our HR organization is replacing its current Applicant Tracking System with SAP Recruiting and Eightfold. This position will be responsible for the configuration of the SF (Success Factors) Recruiting module and the Eightfold Talent Acquisition Module.In this position, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of the test plan, development of test scenarios and test documentation, and creation of the Test Readiness Review (TRR) artifacts. You will conduct the TRR, and identify, report and track software defects and issues in Zephyr. You will also perform functional, performance, security and regression testing of software products. You will have responsibility for the creation of test schedule and oversight of testing and testers, as well as review of test results and test discrepancies. You must work as part of an Agile team. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $115,500 - $217,500.
