Overview

Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Senior level Defense Health Clinical Operations Consultant to provide direct, on-site support to the National Intrepid Center of Excellence (NICoE) clinical, research, and educational priorities. NICoE, a directorate of Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) and part of the Military Health System, is a state-of-the-art specialty care clinic utilizing cutting-edge, evidence-based practice, technology and research tools to provide traumatic brain injury (TBI) services including evaluation, treatment, diagnosis, and follow-up care for TBI and psychological health conditions. NICoE provides services for active duty service members, guardsmen, reservists, retirees, and their beneficiaries, 17 years of age and older, with mild, moderate, severe, and penetrating TBI.

This position is based in Bethesda, MD.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Serving as lead of the Clinical Workstream and working with NICoE clinical leadership and staff in developing and executing strategic, operational, and tactical level products that drive the integrated, interdisciplinary clinical functions of the NICoE
  • Supporting all administrative needs including assisting in meetings with documentation and facilitation support; supporting key government personnel with management of daily and weekly activities and management of issues; and, maintaining documentation to record enduring decisions that communicate the NICoE's mission and the manner in which it will execute said mission.
  • Supporting stakeholder/external coordination including developing and maintaining documentation that assists in the coordination efforts with other stakeholders
  • Supporting responses to taskers as needed
  • Creating and maintaining information briefs and white papers for various audiences
  • Performing and/supporting studies, assessments, and/or analysis that provides insight into the effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Active Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and at least ten years of experience working in healthcare-related disciplines, preferably with military healthcare organizations or within the Military Healthy System (MHS)
  • Experience working as a clinician in a Military Healthcare Facility (MTF)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent analytical, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing, high-intensity work environment
  • Highly skilled at operating a variety of technological tools to include Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
