Job Descriptiono Includes conducting research to investigate client problems and working collaboratively with a team to formulate and recommend a path forwardo Documenting and evaluating existing business processes to identify pain points and making recommendations for process improvements Includes coordination with process stakeholders to complete current-state process maps, review of relevant documentation to gain a thorough understanding, and building a future-state solutiono Collaborate with NIH personnel, supporting assigned workstreams, to work with diverse stakeholders, produce high-impact work products, and improve knowledge-sharing in a fast-paced environmentWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
