Description:This client is starting a new group that will work on government contracts. Looking for someone to write proposals, write ups, familiar with budgets. NIH and DOD contracts. Three years minimum working on Government Contracts. Typing up, prepping the documents.MUST have relevant to Clinical Research and Government Contract Experience. The Proposal Specialist supports the organization's business development and sales activities by targeting new businesses and renewals. The Proposal Specialist is pivotal in leading the development and completion of responses to RFPs, RFIs, and proposal requests by coordinating efforts among several departments.Works closely with the Sales Team to develop presentations and reports to show the full scope of services and company differentiators, creating effective and appropriate content for proposals and RFPs.Leads and executes RFP proposal development and submission for new business opportunities and renewal of existing accounts.Develop and maintain policies and procedures that support Proposal and RFP response development and submission.Creates accurate, high-quality proposals that improve bid-win probability.Manage quoting, proposal generation, and renewal processes for multiple lines of business.Work directly with the Sales team, providing input on sales and marketing strategies.Assisting with developing responses to formal RFPs and other proposals by gathering relevant experience, performing research, drafting responses, securing internal approvals, and liaising with other stakeholdersProviding assistance to other business development and marketing professionals on proposal content, best practices, etc. Assisting with assessing, creating, and implementing process improvements to enhance functionality, accuracy, and efficiencyAbout Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
