This position is responsible for the administrative functions and management thereof relating to providers and customers.Description of Duties:

Customer contract compliance and submission to shared services.

Collection and submission of billing information, to include purchase orders, to shared services.

Communication with clients regarding invoicing issues and submitting necessary corrections to shared services.

Communication with clients regarding accounts receivables/collections.

Subcontractor (Police Departments, Security Companies and Independent Contractors) onboarding paperwork follow-up and compliance.

Review, coding and submission of subcontractor invoices to AP for payment.

Subcontractor communication related to pay, invoice submission or changes to critical information.

Oversee permanent job scheduling in WinTeam.

Develop and maintain operating procedures for the operations support function.

Holds payroll accuracy to 98% or better in accordance with company standards. Tracks and reports current subcontractor pay accuracy on a weekly basis.

Performs tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for assigned office.

Bachelor’s degree preferred

5+ Years in Supervisory/Management Role

3 years of security industry/law enforcement experience preferred

Billing and payroll experience preferred

Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing ):

Proficient in MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access & Project)

Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances.

Ability to understand and provide instructions in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form.

Ability to use personal computers and office productivity software.

Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Courteous telephone manner.

Strong customer service and service delivery orientation.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures.

Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Working Conditions:Works inside of the office most of the time, monitoring all client sites. Work can include response to unpredictable crisis situations.
