We are a full service Design-Build Construction company currently looking to hire a skilled Carpenter with the ability to work on Construction projects from layout to punchout. We have been building in Howard, Baltimore, Anne Arundel, and Carroll Counties and the surrounding areas since 1972. Our projects are from the ground up and include Additions, In-Law Suites, Second Floor Additions, Foundations, Decks, Screened Porches, Kitchens, Bathrooms, and Custom Carpentry.
Requirements:
-5 Years Minimum Experience
-Truck and Basic Tools
-Understanding of Maryland Residential Building Codes (IRC 2021)
-Foundation Layout for Additions
-understanding of residential Plumbing/Electrical/HVAC
We work together to prepare and execute projects from start to finish. Communication via phone and text is essential during business hours. Our office is located in Catonsville and the majority of our projects are within 30 miles of the area. This is a full time long term position. Steady work all year.
This is a great position for a Craftsman who enjoys all aspects of Residential Construction including but not limited to Custom Structures, Foundation Layout, Framing, Stick Building, Trusses, Hardwood Flooring, Tile, Trim Carpentry, Cabinet & Built-In Installation, Porches, Decks, Window & Door Installation, new and remodeled Kitchen and Bathroom Installation.
