Are you an experienced roofer? Want to work for a growing company? Looking for stability? Excel Roofing is looking for an experienced roofer. Your main responsibilities will be servicing small jobs, existing/previous customers roofing needs, supervising jobs/light production work, repairs, and other task necessary towards roofing.
2+ Years in residential Roofing Service as a foreman
Ability to learn and follow our extensive safety policy
Requisitions materials and supplies from stockroom
Respond to emergency roof leaks or roof-related issue
Perform inspections to determine the root cause of issues (i.e. leak, tear, clog)
Repair or replace single and/or four-ply roofing systems using waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics.
- Must have a pick up truck. Install, repair, and maintain roofs using a variety of materials and techniques - Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs
- Install or repair flashing, gutters, and downspouts - Ensure roofs are properly sealed to prevent leaks and water damage - Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate protective equipment while working at heights
- Proficient in using power tools such as drills, saws, and nail guns - Knowledge of construction estimating to accurately assess materials and labor costs - Experience with caulking to ensure proper sealing of roofs -
- Strong carpentry skills, including window and door installation, trim carpentry - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
Job Type: Part-time and/or Full time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20-40

Schedule: We are a growing business and this is our busy season, I normally perform all odd ball issues but need someone else to help take the work load off. We would start part time see what your work looks like and go from there. With full time, 401K, and benefits available as long as work is proficient and timely.
