Brothers Services Company is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Re-Roofing Division. The candidate will be responsible for the overall construction of residential roof replacement projects. The successful candidate must possess the knowledge, experience, and confidence to engage and interact with the production staff, sales consultants, and clients and direct other construction personnel to execute work in accordance with the contract documents. The candidate must be a professional leader committed to company objectives and self and team development.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Review contract documents with production staff
Assist in assembling job site material, labor, and equipment requirements
Ensure all work is performed to a minimum of local building code
Monitor site safety, enforce OSHA/MOSHA requirements
Execute change orders and/or proposal modifications
Conduct pre-construction meetings as needed
Complete projects on time and on budget
Maintain quality control over projects
Ensure required inspections are performed
Communication with customers
Self starter
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Related construction experience
Strong understanding of residential construction, to include products, installation methods, and terminology
Organizational and interpersonal skills
Use of Microsoft Office Suite
