Initial Services, Trash Removal & Maid Services
Winterizations/De-Winterizations
General Repairs/Handyman Services
Roof Repairs/Tarping
Lock Work and Securing
Minor Plumbing/Electrical
Property Condition/Inspection Reports
General Yard Maintenance/Snow Removal
REQUIREMENTS:
Good Photography Skills
Basic Computer Skills
Clean driver's license with a good driving record
Aspen Background Check
General Liability/Workers Comp Insurance
DESIRED SKILLS:
Strong Attention to Details
Experience in Home Inspection, Repairs & Maintenance
Prior Experience in Preservation or Restoration Industry is a plus
