MUST have experience/skills in Genie (Bosun’s Chair) - CAULKING, TUCK-POINTING: Job locations in MD, DC, VA (shop located in Anne Arundel County) Compensation is based on experience (average rate of pay $19 - $24 per hour).
JOB DUTIES May Include:
Must be able to set up and utilize Genie (Bosun’s Chair) – Rope Descent
Caulking
Tuck-pointing
Water Infiltration /Investigations
Additional duties/experience:
Commercial Coating Application
Concrete Repair/Replacement
Expansion Joint Installation
Epoxy/Grout Injection
Masonry Restoration
Rigging Swing Stage and Scaffolding
Other job duties as assigned
Occasional Evening / Weekend Work as Needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
US Citizen or valid permit
Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Timely, organized, honest and hardworking
Physically fit to perform work functions
Ability to work 50+ hours per week during peak season including weekends
Ability to work independently
Bilingual a plus
