Location: This job will be based out of Savage, MD - however, it will require driving to multiple locations within an hour of Savage as needed.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a hands-on, smart, and resourceful handyman who thrives on the go. You’ll be on the run—supporting multiple café locations, solving problems fast, and keeping everything from espresso machines to A/C units running like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities
Perform proactive and emergency maintenance on kitchen equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more
Travel between bakery/café locations to provide on-the-spot support
Manage preventive maintenance plans and inventory of equipment and tools
Respond urgently to breakdowns or outages with minimal supervision
Coordinate with vendors and service providers when outside help is needed
Maintain detailed maintenance logs, equipment records, and safety compliance
Support store readiness, general services, and infrastructure troubleshooting
What You Bring
Solid experience with commercial kitchen equipment (refrigeration, ovens, mixers, etc.)
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
Organized mindset—can juggle tasks across multiple locations
Strong communication skills and independent work ethic
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment when needed
Motivated, dependable, and solution-oriented—someone who “just gets it done”
