Masonry company in East Baltimore City needs person with either masonry, chimney, roofing, construction, hvac, or plumbing experience. The pay is $20 to $25 per hour (depending on experience) with time and a half for all hours over 40/week. Work would be Monday - Friday (with some Saturdays) and we are looking to hire in the next 2 weeks. Role would involve assisting lead mason in completing jobs.
Requirements.
Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
Clean driving record required.
Must not be afraid of heights.
Previous construction or masonry work preferred but not required.
Must be able to lift 60 pounds over your head.
Duties
Driving work van to and from jobs with lead mason.
Loading van in the morning for jobs that work day
Climbing on ladders and assisting lead tech grinding and repointing chimneys and brick walls, rebuilding concrete crowns, relaying brick, tearing down masonry, building scaffolding, mixing mortar and moving materials
