Tree Climbers:
- Responsibilities: Perform tree climbing, pruning, and removals using proper techniques and equipment. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Requirements: Experience in tree climbing and the use of climbing equipment. Strong understanding of tree biology and safety standards. ISA Certification is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent climbing skills, attention to detail, physical fitness, and a safety-first mindset.
Groundsmen:
- Responsibilities: Assist climbers by handling ropes, operating equipment, and performing groundwork such as debris removal and site cleanup.
- Requirements: Experience in landscaping or tree work preferred but not required. Ability to operate chainsaws and other equipment safely.
- Skills: Strong work ethic, ability to lift heavy objects, teamwork, and adherence to safety practices.
