What You'll Do:
Lead Client Consultations: Guide clients from their initial vision to the stunning final realization of their dream kitchens and bathrooms.
Create Breathtaking Designs: Develop innovative and functional designs, including meticulous layouts, cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures.
Manage Projects End-to-End: Prepare detailed proposals, estimates, and contracts, ensuring projects are profitable and completed on time.
Present with Impact: Use cutting-edge 2D and 3D rendering software to help clients visualize their new spaces and confidently make decisions.
Collaborate for Success: Work seamlessly with our trusted contractors and suppliers to ensure a flawless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
Who We’re Looking For:
A proven track record as a Kitchen and Bath Designer with a strong portfolio.
Demonstrated experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in design software like 2020 Design, ProKitchen.
Extensive knowledge of current products, materials, and construction methods.
An expert communicator and natural salesperson who can build rapport and close deals.
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
A degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
