Facility Maintenance Technician
We are a Restaurant facilities maintenance company looking for a full time Maintenance Technician. Hours vary depending on daily scope of work. Salary paid weekly. Overtime available
Responsible for small repairs in all building trades. The ideal Technician should have at minimum 3 year's experience in the maintenance field, should have most tools for small repairs, should have repair skills such as, basic plumbing, basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting, carpentry skills, ceramic tile repair, wall repair and painting, drop ceiling, Chalking sink fixtures and various other small tasks. Technicians are on call rotating weekends for emergencies. Restaurants that we service are in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
Company vehicle will be supplied.
Requires valid driver's license, clean driving record.
Quality of work is very important.
