Emergency Response Person - Arlington Estates Co-op
The Emergency Response Person (ERP) will be a reliable, trustworthy person who lives onsite to respond to emergencies weeknights and weekends from 7pm to 7am. Specific job duties include answering emergencies (on call); emptying trash nightly; cleaning lobby, community room and bathrooms on weekends; snow shoveling; light maintenance work; landscape watering and other tasks. Required 15 hours of work a week which is compensated with a free apartment and utilities. Any time worked over 15 hours per week will be paid minimum wage. Compensation for this position is an apartment including utilities.
