Seeking a full-time maintenance personnel with electrical experience or a full-time electrician for a management company for HOAs and condominiums:
Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
1. Installation of fixtures, wiring, light bulbs
2. Diagnosis of electrical issues
3. Attention to detail
4. Maintenance skills a plus to work with other crews as needed.
5. Completion of resident work orders
6. Emergency on-call maintenance after hours (compensated at $75/hr)
7. Follow safety procedures while performing duties
8. Other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
1. 2+ years of electrical experience preferred
2. Plumbing & carpentry knowledge a plus
3. Should be comfortable working at heights and on ladders
4. Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
5. Must have reliable transportation to work.
6. Must have basic carpentry tools and cordless tools
7. Must have valid paperwork to legally work in the United States
8. Post conditional offer background check and pre-employment drug screening required
