Job Summary: As a Commercial Construction Punch out Carpenter, you will play a vital role in the final stages of construction projects, ensuring that all finishing touches are completed to the highest standards in a variety of trades. Your primary responsibility will be to address any outstanding issues, defects, or discrepancies in the construction work before the final handover to the client. You will be able to self-manage your work and work closely with the project team to identify and rectify any issues promptly, ensuring that the completed project meets quality control standards, inspections, and client expectations.

Duties/Responsibilities: Inspection, punch list compilation, carpentry work, finish work, communication, quality assurance, time management, documentation, professionalism, and high-quality work.

Carpentry skills - Proficient in various techniques including framing, trim work, cabinetry, and finish carpentry.
Construction knowledge - A sound understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
