We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager & Estimator to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and implementation.
Qualifications
5+ years in Commercial Roofing Project Managing and Estimating
A thorough knowledge of all commercial estimating software, generally tech savvy
Ability to read/understand construction drawings/plans
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well individually and with a team
Experience in a leadership position
Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to help grow the department through client business development
Responsibilities
Knowledge and experience with:
-Construction projects and materials.
- Database entry and tracking, Excel
-Logistics
-Customer service.
Work in conjunction with production and operations to cost-effectively assign and track for all work in progress:
-Company field employees: laborers, carpenters, driver
-Subcontractors
-Materials and Equipment
-Receipts and Invoices
Contact customers to communicate and coordinate schedules and confirm job satisfaction
Manage projects through completion
Purchase materials and ensure delivery
Develop safety plans and attend relevant safety meetings
Engage in client relations and business development
Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and retain a dependable and knowledgeable field personnel
Ensure jobs are completed in the most efficient and most cost-effective manner
