Well established commercial General Contractor has an immediate opening for an experienced door and door hardware mechanic / carpenter. This is a part time / full time position ideal for a semi-retired individual with 10 + years of experience, with good transportation and a full complement of tools. We have plenty of work at the present, but this varies from time to time. Your responsibilities will include setting hollow metal door frames, hanging both wooden and metal doors, installation of all associated commercial door hardware, installing wood blocking both interior and exterior and other duties as assigned. We work in Baltimore, Howard, Anne Arundel, and Montgomery counties. We have no work inside of the City of Baltimore at this time.
